How do I use it?

On a video page, click the raccoon button next to Like. On your home feed, search or recommendations, hover a thumbnail and tap the raccoon badge. To triage open tabs, click the raccoon in Chrome's toolbar (pin it from the puzzle-piece menu first).

Why does a video say "Not applicable"?

Fluffmeter judges videos by what is said. Music, ambient streams and videos without captions have nothing to evaluate, so the raccoon tells you why instead of guessing.

The verdict seems wrong

Tap Not quite under "Fair call?" on the card and, if you like, pick what was off. Every tap goes into improving future verdicts.

"You've hit today's free limit"

Each install can score up to 300 videos a day. Videos you've already scored stay available, and the limit resets daily.

It stopped showing up on YouTube

After an update, reload your YouTube tabs once. If the button still doesn't appear, email us with your Chrome version.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes: click the raccoon in the toolbar and choose Suggest a feature at the bottom, or email us.
